2-component sealants

A neutral curing silicone sealant with high modulus and high strength, purposely designed for glazing insulating glass. It has the advantage of low air permeability. SS616 works with two-component mixing equipment, and the two components react quickly after mingling, then cure into an elastomer. Features include adjustable curing speed, fast deep-seated curing, neutral curing (non-corrosive to metal, coated glass), high modulus and strength, low-molecular-weight alcohol release (no unpleasant odor), excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone, and water, and flexibility from -58°F(-50°C) to 302°F(150°C). It is used as a secondary edge adhesive sealant in insulating glass units.

A two-part white RTV silicone insulating glass sealant primarily used for double glazing. It offers high mechanical properties including high modulus and high strength, and cures quickly. It's successfully tested for use in protective glazing applications and has no unpleasant odor during curing.

Meets EN1279 and ASTMC1369 certifications. It is suitable for secondary sealing of insulating glass.

BAI YUN® SS528 Insulating Glass Structural Silicone Sealant

A two-component silicone structural sealant designed for structural glazing. It features a non-corrosive curing system, no unpleasant odor during curing, excellent weatherability, and high resistance to UV, heat, humidity, ozone, and temperature extremes. It remains flexible from -58°F(-50°C) to 302°F(150°C).

Applications include secondary edge adhesive sealant in insulating glass units, structural attachment of many panel systems, protective glazing, and panel stiffener applications.

BAI YUN® SS628 Two Part Silicone Structural Sealant

A two-part, neutral-curing RTV silicone sealant designed for high-strength structural bonding. It offers excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide range of substrates, features a non-corrosive curing system with no unpleasant odor, and maintains flexibility across a broad temperature range from -58°F(-50°C) to 302°F(150°C).

It is specifically used for protective glazing, structural bonding in curtain wall panel systems, and panel stiffener applications, meeting ASTM C1184 and GB 16776 standards.

BAI YUN® SS622 Two Part Silicone Structural Sealant

A general-purpose neutral RTV silicone sealant available in 500ml, suitable for sealing joints in glass, metal, concrete, etc. It meets or exceeds the requirements of standards for one-part sealants. It's also mentioned as a general-purpose silicone sealant for windows and doors and even for aquariums.

A one-part, neutral-curing RTV silicone sealant. It has a paste appearance and a shelf life of 12 months. Available in white, black, grey, or customized colors. Primarily used for sealing gaps or joints of doors and windows. Meets ISO11600-F-12.5E and ASTM C920 standards.

Not recommended for structural glazing applications or areas with high abrasion and physical abuse.

structural 1-component sealants

An acetoxy cure, fast curing, translucent structural glazing silicone sealant. It offers good extrusion and thixotropy between 4℃~+40℃, making it easy to use. Features excellent adhesion to glass and ceramics, and excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone, and water. Remains flexible over a temperature range of -58°F(-50°C) to 302°F(150°C).

Not suitable for materials that effuse grease, plasticizer, or solvent, airtight locations, frosty/moist surfaces, or continually soggy/moist places.

A versatile 300ml translucent caulk, a one-part, neutral-curing silicone ideal for structural glazing in glass curtain walls and roofs. It ensures a durable, watertight bond and meets ASTM C1184 standards.

It has a shelf life of 12 months and excellent elongation and tensile strength, suitable for demanding applications.
